In this example nothing is collected. The booking and contact forms run inside your browser only. Nothing you type is sent, stored or seen by anyone. This site sets no cookies and has no tracking. The text below shows what a real Bramble Corner privacy notice would say.

What we collect and why

• When you book a table or ask about the Loft: your name, phone number, email, the date, the number of people and any notes, such as an allergy. We use them to hold your table, plan the food and contact you about the booking (steps before a contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• If you tell us about an allergy or a health need, we use it only to prepare your food safely and keep it with the booking (your explicit consent, Article 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
• When you send a message: your name, email and what you write, so we can reply (our legitimate interest in answering you, Article 6(1)(f)).

Who sees it

Only our team. Our website host and our email provider process the data for us under a written contract. We never sell your details or pass them to marketing firms.

How long we keep it

Bookings and messages: 12 months, then we delete them. Card payments in the café are handled by our card terminal provider and are not linked to bookings.

Your rights

You can ask to see your details, correct them, or have them deleted where the law allows. Email us and we reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
